Lack of staff communication I dropped off my vehicle before shop was open and left my keys in drop box with information. I had a 9am appointment but I received a call after 10am I dropped off my vehicle before shop was open and left my keys in drop box with information. I had a 9am appointment but I received a call after 10am asking if I would like to schedule a service recall on my Ram I explained the truck was already on your lot. I did not hear back so I called your shop at 3:30pm and ask if my truck was finished (spoke to a male) He said it’s in the shop now. At this time I ask for my keys and the paperwork to be left in locked vehicle when finished. This was not done, made another trip 30 miles round trip for keys On another day. More

Emergency Service We had a hose burst on the radiator on my daughters Chrysler 200 causing the car to overheat about a mile down the road from Auto Plaza while driving We had a hose burst on the radiator on my daughters Chrysler 200 causing the car to overheat about a mile down the road from Auto Plaza while driving down the highway. While we were waiting for the tow truck driver to come to get us, 3 employees went by within 10 minutes and stopped to check on us and offered a ride. We had the car towed and they were able to get us in despite being short-staffed and booked solid. They were able to fix it by the next morning and took the time to check the engine both top and bottom to make sure it wasn't damaged from overheating. Thank you for taking care of us quickly! While there we also looked at some vehicles, because you never know. Thanks to the sales staff that answered questions while we kicked some tires! More
