Good, but bad This past experience was good, Allan was super nice. One complaint I do have is the last time I had my oil changed they said that they did and charged This past experience was good, Allan was super nice. One complaint I do have is the last time I had my oil changed they said that they did and charged me to rotate my tires and did not do so. I have one different tire on the front and it has a white mark, it was still in the same spot. When I brought it to your guys' attention, they informed me that that guy got fired because he was lying about a lot of things that he said he was doing, but wasn't. I figured that since I brought that up and you guys ended up having my car for 3 days I would of got it back with the tires rotated, but did not. And just from that experience of being lied to, makes it hard not to be very suspicious when you guys do work to my car, that the work is actually being done. More
