WOW, what EXCELLENT service! I searched and searched for the right Mustang GT. I knew I found it when I checked out Auto Plaza CDJR in Farmington, MO. The buying process was easy I searched and searched for the right Mustang GT. I knew I found it when I checked out Auto Plaza CDJR in Farmington, MO. The buying process was easy as anyone would hope for, but wait, there's more... My salesman Walt Mills went above and beyond providing Excellent customer service. I live in Chicago so we had to trade many text messages and he was great at sending me photos and documentation about the car and personally checking it out to make sure it was what I wanted. He then took my trade-in information and worked with his manger to make a great deal for me. Is that enough? Noooo. This is where it gets really crazy. Because I am from out of town, there were several hoops to jump through to get the loan payment from my credit union to the dealership on time so the deal could happen. Kim in the office helped Walt pull that together. Then, due to the fact that I was on vacation in Massachusetts as we closed the deal, I had to figure out when I could pick up the car. Are you ready for this?...Wait for it.... Walt got his Manager Mike to come in on the Memorial Day holiday even though the dealership was closed; just to let me get my car because that was the best day for me. These guys are incredible. They made me, as my wife says a "happy hubby". More
