Very Frustrated I bought a set of tires that was recommended by the parts manager about a year ago. After they rotated the tires during my service visit the tires ho I bought a set of tires that was recommended by the parts manager about a year ago. After they rotated the tires during my service visit the tires howled so bad you couldn't stand the noise. I was advised the rear tires had cupped because they had not been rotated every 6,000 miles. When I purchased the tires, nothing was said that these tires needed rotated or else there would be a problem. the original factory tires weren't rotated every 6,000 miles and when we did rotate them there was not a problem. when I asked about replacing them under warranty i was told that the road hazard warranty would not cover this problem because I never rotated them every 6,000 miles. When I asked about the dealership making some sort of adjustment i was told no so at this point my only option is to not rotate the tires and continue running the bad tires on the back of the car until the tread separates. Probably the last time I will ever buy tires through this dealership. More

APRIL 22nd 2019 Unannounced and spontaneously I arrived at the dealership Monday April 22nd to look at a vehicle I noticed online. I was not pestered and casually/pro Unannounced and spontaneously I arrived at the dealership Monday April 22nd to look at a vehicle I noticed online. I was not pestered and casually/professionally greeted by a mister Walt Mills. Walt was incredibly helpful and in no way pushed to sell a vehicle from my standpoint. He took his time letting me look and think and in the end I chose the Mojito Green Wrangler Unlimited Moab Edition. Being a Jeep enthusiast himself Walt understood Jeep buying and was incredibly helpful. He is a great asset to the dealership with his calm collected demeanor and I will attempt to utilize his service in the future. Love the Jeep!
