Place was clean. Sales people were nice. Mike was helpful enough. I am however insultingly angry about the trade in process. Their website valued my trade window 17, Sales people were nice. Mike was helpful enough. I am however insultingly angry about the trade in process. Their website valued my trade window 17,800-19,800. They came back and offered 14 saying that “oh you can’t trust that number on the site” well if that’s the case then why even have that feature there? It was absolute crap. I drove 5 and a half hours up there for that deal just to get slapped in the face with that valuation of my trade. I bought a high mileage wholesale truck which loosely translated to “buy it. Pay us. We under value you and give you a truck we have done nothing to. We won’t even let our detail guys clean it for you after we screw you on the values”. I get it to a point but the whole experience felt like a kick in the teeth. I did still buy the truck it’s fine but I’ll warn anyone that’s willing to read this, don’t even think they’ll stick to the word they give you on their website for trade value. Like not Even close. It is worth noting that my car was in great condition and well loved with a very detailed carfax. And Mike argued that “well we don’t know what we’ll find when we get in there. We gotta pay for someone to clean up and service it” blah blah blah. Look I provided a car with immaculate service history and was given the lowest value they could find. We did agree on 15k trade value but that’s still over 2,000 less than their websites lowest point More

Pettus Chrysler service department is absolutely terrible. They took my auto and promised me a certain price to fix it then called me back a tacked 200 dollars more to that. Then just called me 12/20/23 and said they can'not get the right parts or heater core box seals for my dodge Durango and that I will need to pick it up. They do not really deserve one star Tthey are over rated and over paid. More
