Pettus Chrysler service department is absolutely terrible. They took my auto and promised me a certain price to fix it then called me back a tacked 200 dollars more to that. Then just called me 12/2 terrible. They took my auto and promised me a certain price to fix it then called me back a tacked 200 dollars more to that. Then just called me 12/20/23 and said they can'not get the right parts or heater core box seals for my dodge Durango and that I will need to pick it up. They do not really deserve one star Tthey are over rated and over paid. More
