⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ If there were a 6-star option, Hanna and Kevin would’ve earned it! Dropped off my wife’s Chrysler Sebring at Pettus CDJR in Farmington, and let me tell you—Hanna the Service Writer ran th Kevin would’ve earned it! Dropped off my wife’s Chrysler Sebring at Pettus CDJR in Farmington, and let me tell you—Hanna the Service Writer ran the whole service drive like a one-woman pit crew. Phones ringing, customers asking questions, parts moving—she handled it all with grace, grit, and not one coffee spill (that I saw anyway). Meanwhile, Kevin the Service Manager was making sure everything went smooth behind the scenes. Before I could even finish my lobby cup of coffee, Hanna handed me the keys back like it was a baton in a relay race—fast, friendly, and flawless. Swift service. Courteous checkout. No upsells. No pressure. Just Transparency and good people doing great work. Call it what you will, but I call that 5-star Pettus professionalism with a side of Old Guy-approved service. Thanks Hanna and Kevin—you made my wife's car (and me) feel taken care of. That ain’t easy! More

Petty does great work, but they charge an arm and a leg for it. There is no way it should cost over $80 to put in a air filter in that takes less than 5 minutes to do!!
