2015 Jeep had a lifter knocking and an ABS issue In the last 2 months I had taken a vehicle to Sam Scism Ford and Auto Plaza. Sam Scism Ford took 5 weeks, no calls for updates and when completed I s In the last 2 months I had taken a vehicle to Sam Scism Ford and Auto Plaza. Sam Scism Ford took 5 weeks, no calls for updates and when completed I still had the same issue and had to take it back again, considering I had already paid for it. Auto Plaza, I took my jeep in 2 days early, they called me with the details of the work and approximate price it would cost. Work was completed the next day and I received a follow up call the day after that. Very pleased and will never go anywhere else to buy or repair a vehicle. More

disappointing I said I would recommend this service center but with a whole lot of bad points. are they the worst I've dealt with? no. not yet but it doesn't seem t I said I would recommend this service center but with a whole lot of bad points. are they the worst I've dealt with? no. not yet but it doesn't seem to be getting any better since auto plaza has taken over this dealership, service dept has went down hill. everytime i'm in there they either start late, or finish late on my repairs. no courtesy if my time. last Friday I went in for simple oil change and rotation. cant do it on Saturday anymore because they are not open. so I had to take a day off of work to meet maint schedule demands. my car was late going back to shop. took an hour to get work done. technician said he found a bad bushing and it needed to be fixed. he said the part I needed they did not have in stock. I said order it and call me. 3 days later I call down to parts dept and they said the part just arrived. transferred to service to set an appointment for repairs. scheduled for thursay morning at 9. i told the guy i needed the car done before 2 pm. he said no problem. dropped car of that morning got a call around 10and said it would not be ready by 2 because they ordered the wrong part. had to leave the car again overnight to get it fixed. again. not happy with service dept Melissa is always very nice and polite and tried to make sure I was happy when I picked the car up on Friday. liz also does a good job More
