BEST SALES EXPERIENCE We have bought over 30 cars and this by far was the best experience we have ever had. I needed a ride to the dealership and they had a staff member p We have bought over 30 cars and this by far was the best experience we have ever had. I needed a ride to the dealership and they had a staff member pick me up 30 miles away. After I bought the truck there was a small issue and Brad said no problem and he sent a staff member back out left me a car and picked up the truck and made repair. Auto Plaza is the only dealership we will ever use in the future!! More

Poor customer service I took my truck in with the engine light on, needing a sensor and losing power going up hill. The technician took it out for a “test drive” because h I took my truck in with the engine light on, needing a sensor and losing power going up hill. The technician took it out for a “test drive” because he “couldn’t figure out what was wrong with it” and now the engine is blown. I received a call from the service department explaining what happened and was told “this repair is going to be very expensive you might want to consider buying a new truck”. Then was told that if we wanted to know what is wrong with it they would check it out for $120/hour. This is an extremely poor sales tactic. I drove it in with ZERO engine noise. I thought I was doing the right thing by taking it in for repairs to PREVENT a catastrophe such as this and now I do not have a truck and they claim zero responsibility. I have attempted to contact the owner twice and have received no return call. If the owner cares so little about the reputation of his business that he can not return a phone call then I will be taking my business elsewhere. More

I may have beat him to it, but I don’t know how long my car was done before I asked. As soon as someone moved my car outside, I should have been called. I asked if everything was alright and I had something seeping in my car. I feel like he wasn’t going to mention it. They don’t know what it was and didn’t have the time to look into it cause it takes a couple of hours. They acted like it was no big deal and it may not be, but I didn’t really care for the attitude.
