On July 20, 2022 I sent my 17 year old daughter to have Pettus put 4 tires on my truck. And asked for an alignment since the old tires were wearing on the inside. AFTER putting the tires on my truck they Pettus put 4 tires on my truck. And asked for an alignment since the old tires were wearing on the inside. AFTER putting the tires on my truck they told her they couldn’t align it due to 9 parts needing replaced on the front end. They provided a list of the parts needed to her. But did not send them home with her. Now driving on $854.28 in tires also wearing them down. You should inform people prior to putting part on the car that you can’t do all work asked to prevent the parts you’re installing from wearing prematurely. More

My sales man Elijah was terrible. No personal attention at all. Often times I sat there while he was with another Customer even though I was there prior to buy a car. A week later the battery died in my 2011 Chevy Avalanche. Attempted to call Mr. Davis in regards to it and never got a response as to possible reimbursement. Do not recommend Elijah Finance manager John was unprofessional as in when we’re switching to different finance rates he never informed me that they went up at certain points during the process. His only response was.. “well it’s done now”. Cars itself are fine. Theses two are highly not recommended. More

missed damage under hood by mice A notation on the service report said rodent signs noticed. Nothing was said to me when I paid for the service. When the hood was raised after reaching home following oil change, mouse bedding was found in plain site! No attempt had been made to clear off mouse bedding. The fluid in windshield washer was empty because mouse had chewed through it. Frayed wires could easily be seen. The car was not completely checked out after service was done. I had to have the car towed to a dealer because I was afraid of a spark or something causing a fire under the hood. I am 75 years old and didn't feel safe in the car. More

DEF is Included I purchased a premium service plan for well over $3000. I have had to argue almost every time I’ve been in for service to get them to top off my DEF I purchased a premium service plan for well over $3000. I have had to argue almost every time I’ve been in for service to get them to top off my DEF tank. Every time I have come in for oil change I ask them to fill my DEF. Every time I have been told it is not included. For the most part they have looked it up and came back and told me I’m right and it is included. On this most recent time, again I was told it was not included, even after I showed the service department the brochure that clearly states that DEF is included. I spoke to Paul, the floor manager, and he got it straightened out. I’m not sure if the problem is the dealer or Ford itself. What I’m worried about is that I will not get my money’s worth out of my plan because I have to fight to get items covered that I have paid for. If the problem is Ford, then Ford needs to clear this up with its maintenance departments. More
