Great 1st service encounter on my F-150 here! The technician gave me a rundown on the oil change and other items done with the "Works Package, He also showed me some things I specifically asked ab The technician gave me a rundown on the oil change and other items done with the "Works Package, He also showed me some things I specifically asked about including how update the the "oil change" system after the oil/filter is changed. I will not need to make updates but was curious as how it is done since I had read about it. I also stopped to see the salesman who I purchased my truck from and thanked him again for the info on getting my truck serviced. Thanks Phill Phitts Ford!!!! More
