Hard to get a hold of the service department. Jim our service representative is not to blame. He worked very hard for us. It is the communication in between. In all my years of dealing with cars I’ve always been impressed when they return the car to you they are clean and have gas. This car was just pulled up front for us to get in unaccompanied, very dirty inside and out with little gas. Not very classy for such a nice dealership. I would like to add that I have another Buick purchased from Phillips, and I was very impressed with my salesman and all his help. The lube and oil is excellent. More
I have had my vehicle in for service twice now and it it still not repaired. All I seem to get is lip service. The service department is very accommodating and courteous but I want the problem addressed still not repaired. All I seem to get is lip service. I don’t think the technician knows what he is doing because all I was told is that I would have to wait for an “update” sometime between November and January and maybe that will take care of the problem and I emphasize “maybe”. He doesn’t even know if it will and that it what I mean by LIP SERVICE. All I know is that I have wasted my time (2 days +) and close to 100 miles. Very Very dissatisfied. More

Firestone told me I had a leak in the steering system. Brought the car to Phillips Buick GMC and they replaced the steering box “ under warranty”. Car is 2017 GMC Acadia with 60,000 miles. All I can say, is they do a xxxx good job I brought my Yukon and I was having problems with the tranny next thing you know if they fixed it up took good care of it.
