Ordered part to replace electronic package under driver's seat. Almost two weeks later I called to see when the parts would come in. They had been for some time. I should have notified. After driving 150 miles on a brand new Encore GX l picked up a bolt in left front tire-took it back to dealers to get it fixed (plugged) &get charged $59.00 cause l didn’t have tire warranty. REALLY??? Won’t up a bolt in left front tire-took it back to dealers to get it fixed (plugged) &get charged $59.00 cause l didn’t have tire warranty. REALLY??? Won’t return for any other tire issue. New car & they can’t cover a plug in the tire? Poor advertising for this dealer. Will tell my friends & neighbors to go elsewhere. Almost as bad as Jenkins-Leesburg. More

I broke down on 75. Had truck towed to Phillips Buick at 1:30 pm and they took it in right away. Had parts overnighted and I was on the road by noon next day.
