I’m from out of state and My GMC Canyon Denali was involved in two accidents in one week while in Florida. Neither accident was my fault and two different insurance companies were involved. Needless to say, it was a logistical and repair mess. I chose Phillips for repairs and they handled every step professionally, communicated effectively and fixed my truck to better than new condition. My fears that the truck would never drive or look the same were relieved once I took possession upon completion. The work was top-notch and I would recommend Phillips to anyone needing service or repairs on their vehicle. More

Needs serious improvement. My 2022 Yukon was brought in for a warranty repair. While in the shop the door was damaged and needed to be repainted. The service department agreed My 2022 Yukon was brought in for a warranty repair. While in the shop the door was damaged and needed to be repainted. The service department agreed to repaint it since the damage was their fault. I brought it back a few weeks later to get repaired again. I coordinated the drop off while we were on vacation so I didn’t need a rental. It was there for 4 weeks. I received a call that my vehicle was ready after only one week. When I got back, the door that was repainted had a large run down the bottom corner. I also requested they fix my AC outlet and it was not repaired. The tech said they tried to fix it but couldn’t get it to malfunction. It was still malfunctioning when I picked it up. The service department had ample opportunity to inspect their work and fix the insufficient paint job but instead my vehicle sat for three weeks. When I called I received no apology. I was simply told to bring it back in. I had 4 weeks I didn’t need my car and now I have to arrange to drop off my car again because they repeatedly get it wrong. I am still in a situation where I am without a car. Very frustrating. More
