After going to and leaving 6 dealerships in 2 days looking for a new car I stumbled into this gem. All of the other dealers would show cars and begin to talk numbers then suddenly go on about a marke looking for a new car I stumbled into this gem. All of the other dealers would show cars and begin to talk numbers then suddenly go on about a market adjustment fee…BS. I stopped and Austin was out in less than a minute and asked a couple of questions and came up with a couple of options. Two test drives and a painless - truly - visit to discuss numbers and I have a new Hyundai Kona. No hard pressure sales, no BS, no bait and no price changes after we agreed.
