From the start, working with Phillips was easy. Austin B was our salesman and made the process super smooth even before we got to the dealership so our time there was only about 2 hours which is wa Austin B was our salesman and made the process super smooth even before we got to the dealership so our time there was only about 2 hours which is way better than we expected! Austin did a great job going over all the features of our new car (2022 Palisade) so we understood all the capabilities. Just purchased a Gulf Stream Conquest Class C RV. We had been speaking with many different dealers and were turned off by the lack of knowledge and or pressure for a sale. When I called Phillips RV and spoke to Kenny, he was able to answer all of my questions. He even went the extra mile to walk out to the actual RV and make a personalized video tour, since we live out of state. We felt 100% confident to make the 4 hour drive to ultimately purchase the RV because of the constant communication with Kenny. He made our first time RV purchase so easy. We can’t thank you enough!
