Everyone has been to a car dealership and everyone expects to get taken by the salesmen. This dealership and in particular, Stephan was more than professional. Stephan never did the hard sell. He never lied about the condition of the used car I drove in from Iowa to see. He didn't want to just make the sale. He wanted to make me, the customer, happy. If every salesperson behaved the way Stephan did, car sales people would not be looked at with distrust. I WILL return to Phillips and if Stephan leaves there, I'll find out where he is working and buy a car from him wherever he's selling them. He's the best car sales person I've dealt with and I've been buying cars for a long time. Phillips took great care of me with my trade in as well. Usually, buying a car is torture.
