This was my first experience at Phillips Chevy . Stefan was great ! We went online and found the car at the Lansing location and he drove us up to test drive it and brought it back to Bradley . Reached out and still waiting back. That’s not what I’m upset about. I bought the car In the middle of the polar vortex because the wife’s truck wasn’t handling it well. I couldn’t get a really good feel on the AC but figured it was ok since the vehicle supposedly goes through a however many point inspection. AC not working. They’re quick to take your money and refuse to do any type of negotiation and the follow up and inspections are not up to par. More
