Austin reached out to me following my True Car request along with several other dealerships. 3 out of 4 dealers followed through on my request for "out-the-door" price but only Austin showed me an actual along with several other dealerships. 3 out of 4 dealers followed through on my request for "out-the-door" price but only Austin showed me an actual purchase agreement form so I could see exactly what I was paying. After some back and forth emails, we settled on a price that could not be beaten by any of the other dealerships when I showed them Phillip's price. There were no surprises, and I ended up paying exactly what I was anticipating paying. The entire process was quick (relatively speaking, as you can only buy a car so quickly) but it was a very streamlined and pain-free car buying experience. Austin was kind, professional, and easy to work with. The only issue I had is related to financing. One of the offers on Hyundai's website is 0% financing with deferred payments for 90 days. I qualified for the 0% and realized later that the date I was given for the first payment is not 90 days but 45 days. I spoke to Mike Harris about this and was told they didn't know I wanted to take advantage of the 90 days (hmmm???). I was under the impression if you qualified for the 0% you would automatically be getting the 90-day deferment. He said I could come in and redo the paperwork (which would be an hour RT drive for me), or contact Hyundai after the loan is funded. I chose to contact Hyundai, so hopefully, they will in fact grant the deferment. There is nothing on Hyundai's website indicating the 0% financing and deferred payments are not a package deal or that I needed to request it. Other than this hiccup, everything was good. More

Ryleigh's quick response to my inquiries was followed up by Kenny, Alex answered tons of questions and sent me all the needed paperwork. Went to the dealership yesterday, no pressure..no changes in the numbers presented Barth finalized the paperwork and within an hour was driving home a new Santa Fe. The sales team was great, no pressure, everything a car buying experience should be...I live near Peoria and drove past a couple of dealers who I had purchased cars from ...But not anymore! Thanks to Ryleigh, Barth, Kenny and Alex....you were all great!! More
