Sales personnel were great. The disappointment came when I cancelled the Permier Protection plan the day after purchasing vehicle, or so I thought. Called dealer back and was told I would get a call the next morning. Never happened. Finally decided to cancel it myself. Now I have confirmation of cancelling coverage.
