Sales personnel were great. The disappointment came when I cancelled the Permier Protection plan the day after purchasing vehicle, or so I thought. 2020 Colorado Ernie Hampton has got to be, hands down, the best salesman I have ever had in my 6 vehicle lifetime. He was very helpful, answered all of my questions, and went above and beyond to try and help me as best he could. I did not qualify on my own for financing, but he exhausted all of his routs to make sure I got what I needed/wanted. If I knew this vehicle wasn’t going to last me the rest of my life, I would go to no one else but Ernie in the future. The carpet issue was left unattended, but I thought it would have taken more time to get the truck back. Unfortunately I left my black polka dot umbrella on the floor in the back seat now it’s gone, but that’s okay, I’m still smiling from ear to ear over this weekend’s experience.
