Our salesperson Ernie Hampton was knowledgeable about the 2019 Tucson that we purchased and explained all the features. No hard sell. Very pleasant to deal with....:) When it came time to finance we spoke to Wayne Licka jr. Again very friendly and knowledgeable. He also found a way to save us $$$ on the overall loan cost. I used to dread looking for a car......not anymore. I hope they are all still at Phillips when it comes time to trade in out 2015 Sonata!!!! P.S.
