Excellent Sales process I worked with Jacob Porterfield on the sale of my new 2018 Silverado. Jacob is an excellent salesman. He's honest, prompt, professional with a personal touch, and answered all of my questions. When it came to negotiating a fair price he asked what it would take to earn my business, I told Jacob my price and terms, and he returned within minutes after speaking with his management. The purchasing paperwork went quickly and Jacob even went to help detail the truck. While detailingthe truck Jacob found some scratches in the clear coat and he spoke to his management and got approval to have the truck professionally buffed. He also told me to look over the truck and identify any other issues and Phillips Chevy would make it right. It was very pleasing to hear that the truck will be detailedand the clear coat will be repaired at no cost. I would highly recommend Phillips Chevrolet of Bradley / Bourbonnais to anyone looking to purchase a new Chevrolet. I would also recommend that you work with Jacob Porterfield. Most Kind and Helpful Dealership!! We showed interest in a vehicle on their website. Within 10 minutes, we had a phone call from Ryleigh letting us know it was available as listed for We showed interest in a vehicle on their website. Within 10 minutes, we had a phone call from Ryleigh letting us know it was available as listed for the price shown online. She set us up with Alex, who was waiting for us at the door when we arrived less than 45 minutes later. This was the third dealership we went to in a 24 hr time span. They were the only ones who honored prices listed on the website without any kind of discussion. Not only that, but while we were waiting for the used car we came in to look at to be brought up, Ryan looked up the rebates/incentives for the new month on new cars to see if that was a better deal for us. No argument, no complaint, but did it willingly for us! No other dealer was willing to help us find what we needed budget wise, let alone look into other possibilities that might be better for us. We felt like the guys at Phillips in Bourbonnais were looking out for our best interest, something family does for each other. When we took the test drive with Alex, he went over in great detail the features on the interior and the mechanical features of the car. It was nice to be able to have those explained by Alex, who showed not only that he knows the vehicles that he is selling, but that he truly cared about what we need in a car for our family. Next time we are in the market for a new vehicle we will definitely be going to Phillips in Bourbonnais. We highly suggest everyone stop to talk to Alex, Ryan and Eric!!! (Thanks guys!) More
