He tried very hard to explain everything and tried his very best to meet our criteria with type of vehicle we wanted and the price we could afford. He even came back to work after heading home, just to meet us again for another test drive. Because of Ernie, we decided to stay with Philips. We purchased another Hyundai, it was a 2018 Santa Fe Sport, and we were given a very good price. It is very likely in 6 more years we will be back. More
