Zach's the guy to deal with! In my years I have bought from a dealership 7 times. Of all of my experiences, this was by far the best experience with any sales person. Zach was absolutely great in the way he worked with me. And I can tell he genuinely cared and made sure that I was completely happy before I left, and even in following up after. I would recommend dealing with Zach Warren. If he goes to another dealership, so would my business. As for my overall rating of the dealership, I only give 4 stars because the car only came with one key. As I am told, when cars are traded in that many times there is only one key turned in. I believe the dealership should realize that most people prefer to have two keys (keys do get lost at times) and should have the second key made. As for the quality of work, three starts do to the fact that I expected the inside of the car to be better cleaned then it was. But once again, Zach has told me to bring it back in and he will make sure they get the inside cleaned to my liking. More
