Overall pleasant experience Internet sales person promised the car would be ready to show. After driving over an hour, we arrived and the car was filthy in and out. We were told Internet sales person promised the car would be ready to show. After driving over an hour, we arrived and the car was filthy in and out. We were told the car had two keys, and when we made the deal, they refused to pay for the second missing key. After going around the sales team, the dealership ended up getting another key. We had to return the following day to pick up the car which was disappointing, but they did clean up the car and provided the second key. I was disappointed with the internet sales not having the car ready and having to make two trips to buy the car, but Larry was helpful with the sale. More

Phillips is not just a good place to work I worked at this location before Phillips took over. I saw a transition from not so good to not too bad all the way to pretty nice. During this time I have talked to Joe Macguire several times about a new car. But i have horrendous credit. So it took a while. But in my job, I found out about the Chevy Sonic. I talked to Joe again, this time bringing my 07 Tuscon as a trade in with my eyes set on a particular Sonic. I was offered a generous amount for my trade in, and though it ended up being a different Sonic, I left in a 2017 Sonic LS. I would recommend Joe and Phillips to anyone. They took care of me. More
