What made the most impression on me was when we went to pick up our vehicle they had installed a brand new set of tires because a technician had found that the old ones did not pass the certification standard. At Phillips I was treated wonderfully and more importantly I didn't need to bring my husband! As I was sitting there all around me I saw others getting the same service. It is so refreshing to know they value their customers. I have a toddler with sensory issues who I brought with me and they were so wonderful with him too. BUYING MY CAR WAS EASIER THAN GETTING MY GROCERIES. I can't say enough great things about my visit. I am loving my car! Gage was my sales person, I would highly suggest him! He held my sons hand at times so I could look closely at the vehicles. He really listened to what I was looking for and focused on making sure he got me into the car I needed and wanted, and did not push me in the wrong directions. My favorite thing was that I was't getting handed off to a million people like at other dealers. Gage was with me the entire time and it was nice. He knew every aspect of my purchase and kept it all organized and when we needed to go to financing or checkout he had everything together and it all went smooth. More

Repairs on bed liner that was sprayed Had to get a few screws bolted down inside the new bed of truck for the lights.
