All the cars were still covered from the recent snow and it was freezing drizzle falling when I went to look at cars. He spent time cleaning off the vehicles that I had decided on driving. He was upbeat the entire time and was willing to clean all the cars if need be to get the perfect fit of a car for me. The financial department was very courteous and professional also.
