My new Crystal Red toy I decided it was time to say goodbye to my 2006 Equinox and wanted to replace it with a bright red one. I found out that the 2016 vehicles did not com I decided it was time to say goodbye to my 2006 Equinox and wanted to replace it with a bright red one. I found out that the 2016 vehicles did not come in Crystal red, so my husband started searching for one on line. He found one in Ohio. That is a long way to drive for a vehicle! He went into Bradley Bourbonnais Hyundai and Joe was the salesperson who started the process of locating what I wanted. Joe was very professional and fun to work with. He let us know that the Equinox I wanted was indeed available in Ohio and he could get it to his dealership in two days! He was the salesperson who went out of his way to make it all happen! He answered all of our questions and made buying a new vehicle seem effortless, which it was on my part, I only had to write the check! When my Equinox arrived, he showed me all the features inside and let me know if I had questions I could call him and he would be glad to help. The car even had a full tank of gas when I left! I don't buy a vehicle often, but am very glad I bought one from Joe. His dealership can be proud to have him working there. best regards, Jean Janssen More

Pay Attention to all documents, possible shady practices "We were sold an extended warranty because we were under the impression the car had no warranty and must be purchased, I asked the financing manager i "We were sold an extended warranty because we were under the impression the car had no warranty and must be purchased, I asked the financing manager if there was a factory warranty and he said it would cost more, vague but probably referring to the lifetime cost or something. I also specifically asked if there was an out of pocket expense (co-pay) when getting work done through this ""extended warranty"" he said ""No"". Upon reviewing the documents there was $100 copay. We called to cancel which we were given the runaround saying he could not stop the contract, even though I called the bank prior and they had not received our documents that he would be the only one able to stop the contract (via a call). I had to bring up state law which states we could cancel if were were mislead or uninformed in any way (Service Contract Industry Council's Model Act). We then had to drive back, over an hour, to resign documents, which was fine assuming there was no other way I could sign these document (electronically) . In Nicks (financing manager) defense he did apologize and say co pay is standard and ""he does so many contracts that it must have slipped his mind"". We signed the documents then left. Whether or not it was intentional we were not informed of our interest rate being increased since we canceled the ""extended warranty"" We found this out at home after I specifically asked if our contract would be the same just without the extended warranty and Nick said ""yes"". If buying a car from here be sure to check these things before leaving, they will not disclose what they do not have to. I will not buy from here again. Furthermore our salesperson Ernie was awesome, Casey (internet personnel) was great, it was the financing aspect of it that seemed ""shady""." More
