The work was done well. I went in for a rear view mirror replacement. The tech at the first visit said it would be in in a few days and I’d get a phone call. Three weeks lat I went in for a rear view mirror replacement. The tech at the first visit said it would be in in a few days and I’d get a phone call. Three weeks later no call. I called and apparently had to get reshipped from Va. “we’ll call you when it comes in”. Nope. Another two weeks and I have to call again. Took seven weeks to get a mirror replacement. However, unlike the Chevy dealership they fixed it right the first time. 5/5 for workmanship. 2/5 for customer service. More
