They couldnt get the part and failed to think ahead with the strike to find it. My wife and I had to do all of the roadwork for the service team. Took my Jeep Wrangler in for a normal oil change and ask them to look at another issue that I had at the same time. Had a problem with the windshield washer pump, they isolated problem and ordered parts ver them to look at another issue that I had at the same time. The dealership has been fair and efficient for both my crysler 300 a d my ram 1500. HOWEVER, Chrysler has issues with their 2018 300s infotainment sys. Ita a known issue concealed to me upon purchase which cost me $900. For that reason we sold the 300 and purchased something else. Our daughter is having almost same problem with her 2017 grand caravan GT. And is in the process of trading it for other than chrusler or dodge. My 2016 Ram longhorn has been a good truck with ther exception.of some minor electrical window problems. Which their service manager showed me how to reset. I guess my next truck will be Toyota or GM. It's ashame. Both wife and I liked our products, bit when chrysler doesn't stand behind them. Time to move on More
