While the scheduling department did meet my needs to be able to drop off my truck a day early the service department dropped the ball. I received a phone call that one of my rims had gotten “nicked” when balancing and the representative offered to repair it at a later time. It was more than a nick as the rim is scraped all along the inner wheel well. All I needed to do was call him to schedule the appointment after I picked up my truck. (Update- They have contacted me and scheduled my appointment to get my rims fixed). I will also add that an intake filter was replaced in my truck without my permission. I had to ask a different sales representative to remove this charge as I had just replaced my filter a month ago. More
