Last repair didn't work our very well. All previous service visits since moving here were very good - no issues or complaints. The Jeep has been in a few times due to intermittent Air Co All previous service visits since moving here were very good - no issues or complaints. The Jeep has been in a few times due to intermittent Air Conditioning failures. I do understand that intermittent problems can be very hard to find. Last time in on July 3rd tech said it was the compressor. I have reminded the service advisor that when the compressor runs the car cools. The problem is that sometimes the compressor won't come on. I've suggested it must be in the controls. Anyway they ordered a compressor and installed it. After the repair - no air conditioning. Bringing it back in Monday July 10th. Very frustrating! One would think that a dealer could resolve pretty much any problem with the vehicles it sells. So....I am upset but overall Phillips has been good. More

Horrible customer service. Service Advisor Jim Garvin is rude and disrespectful. Yells at customers, berates them and hangs up on phone calls. No communication from them so you sit around for weeks waiting and not knowing, and with no car because they don't have loaners. They do not care about customers! More
