They went through my glove box and center console and then left stuff from it on my seat. My checkbook is also missing but I can't prove that either. Apparently this dealership has a new system where they give you a ticket and you're supposed to turn it into one of the guys up front but nobody tells you that. There was a lady who came up to me and said hey you've got to hand that ticket to one of those guys because the same thing happened to her the day before and she sat there for an hour and a half and her car was never serviced because nobody told her. The only thing I will ever have done at this dealership is warranty work and that's only because I have to. More

Everything went well until I found out my amount due. I was on the property around 3 hours, the mechanic had my truck in the back maybe 2.5 hours and was charged for 5 hours of labor. At double the time, I was on the property around 3 hours, the mechanic had my truck in the back maybe 2.5 hours and was charged for 5 hours of labor. At double the time, that’s actually 350$ per hour for labor. Why not charge that rate instead of lying to people? More
