After having several services at this location, I have found myself not wanting to go here for service. I have previous experience that has left a bad taste.this time starts as most do, walking up to the found myself not wanting to go here for service. I have previous experience that has left a bad taste.this time starts as most do, walking up to the service area where there are numerous staff standing there but no one really says says anything to you. To me if doesn't appear professional. After about 5 minute's I was called in and worked with Jeremy this time. He got my service request handled. I was called stating my truck was ready which was quicker that the time Jeremy stated. So that's good so I thought. One of my requests was a tire rotation. Upon inspection I noted that the tires were marked with locations on them, but there did not seem to be any finger prints on the rims. My rims were not cleaned so I think there should be some disturbance of dust. I check all of the tires to I then noticed that my right rear tire that has had a small staple in it for the last several months is still in the tire on the right rear. I brought Jeremy over to look at it noting the reasons why I know about the staple in my tire and explain that I am sure it could be possible that I have two tires with a small staple in them but probably not in same tread location. Jeremy did offer to correct this. I just don't have a very confident feeling going to the service department More

Nothing this dealership told me on the phone from having my appointment time screwed up to getting my payment where they said they could get it was true.. After calling me in the morning confirming I was in route they didn’t even have the truck on the lot when I arrived.. I believe they will just tell you anything to get you on their lot.. Floor mats didn’t fit the truck, didn’t get the second key fob, didn’t get the tire lock.. After the deal was done they pretty much just washed their hands of me.Truck inside wasn’t detailed..
