I needed a hard to find key fob program for my 1999 Prowler. Turns out that Phillips Chrysler is the only one that has the program. They had me out the door in 30 minutes and it works great. The workmanship with this dealer is excellent. However, they no longer take American Express. This was not communicated to me upfront. As a result, I was not able to take advantage of special bene However, they no longer take American Express. This was not communicated to me upfront. As a result, I was not able to take advantage of special benefits. I have with my AMEX card so I will no longer do business with this dealership. I will seek out a new dealer when I replace my RAM truck later this year. More
