Service is always Great when I bring my vehicle in. One suggestion that I would like to make is if to improve the Refreshment/Snack area in the customer lounge area. I needed a recall service done. The dealership two miles from home put us on a waiting list months ago and still don’t have the part. They got the part and got me in for the service in LESS THAN ONE WEEK! Also did an oil change on my diesel gladiator for about $100 LESS than the dealer nearer to home. I will make the drive for anything I need from the dealership without a second thought. Thank you! More

Poor communication between service people. Car had bad battery, were told don't turn off because it won't start. Person handed FOB to driver. Car was moved and turned off. We made an appointment ahead of time to have the battery replaced and the oil changed. Upon arrival we were told the appointment was to do the paperwork. The car would be put in a que for the service department to schedule the work. Not our idea of great customer service. Why make an appointment at all if you are going to be put in a que?
