They have worked on my vehicle numerous times without looking at certain issues due to it not being stock even though my warranty was purchased for the truck as it sit and shouldn't have any issues getti looking at certain issues due to it not being stock even though my warranty was purchased for the truck as it sit and shouldn't have any issues getting covered. Said nothing was wrong with power steering but yet it was leaking somewhere and whining horribly you could clearly see the reservoir was low. Had my truck for 3 weeks and got it back still messed up. They failed to reconnect my air breather tubes from filter box to motor and I didn't notice till a week after getting my truck back, I guess people should have a check list and go through their vehicle before leaving the place. They never inspected the shocks that are blown and covered under warranty. They keep telling me my transmission needs an update when it shouldn't need one so often, there is something wrong with it and I've been told so by the dealership I purchased it from and then i got charged for the diagnostic fee that my warranty company has covered 3 times and then they charged me $85 dollars for them to make a phone call which is ridiculous considering its their job to do so. During the time they had my vehicle they had to call me to ask me if I had it because they couldn't find it! Wasn't happy with the experience at all because now I have to pay another shop to do the work they should've done after already shelling out alot of money to them. Whatever parts they did change made my truck smell like fumes all the time while running. Won't go back there as long as I can help it. I tried reaching out to management to voice my issues and they just sent me to someone else who never answered so they clearly care alot about their customers. And I have purchased a brand new vehicle from them in the past and that won't happen again either. More
I like the service department employees they were nice and knowledgeable. I don’t like the hidden fees that get added to the invoice . Brought my Truck in to get codes cleared and reset after I had the CAT and SCR replaced. They called me a week later and told me that they couldn’t reset the factory codes and that I needed to replace the C I had the CAT and SCR replaced. They called me a week later and told me that they couldn’t reset the factory codes and that I needed to replace the CAT & SCR which I purchased from them and installed two weeks prior and I also needed to replace my DEF tank and Intake manifold and the the total cost was gunna be 10k. A bunch of scam artists if you ask me I’ll never be back! They also called once and left a voicemail and then wouldn’t return my calls whenever I called them back. More
