Oh man where do I begin. Came up and made an appointment to have the computer flash programmed. Was told it’s a hour and a half service. The literally has my vehicle till 5pm. My only way home. So I go pick up keep nothing had been touch my vehicle was literally parked in their lot for 9hours and had sent been touched. Get there to pick up my service operator wouldn’t even come talk to me to tell me what happened. Avoided me for the next 15 min. To coward I guess. I call the manager Gary and LVM never got a return call. That was a month ago now. Lol and y’all wonder why everyone calls deals scam artist. Highly dissatisfied. Never again will I return here. Do not waste your time. A one star is too high of a rating. More

I had my truck towed here for a warranty issue and never got a phone call saying my truck got there. Also never got any call the next day when I was scheduled for the truck to be looked at. My truck sat in got a phone call saying my truck got there. Also never got any call the next day when I was scheduled for the truck to be looked at. My truck sat in the back parking lot for 2 weeks and I hadn’t gotten a single phone call about the status. Each time I called nobody picked up and I left multiple voicemails. I finally called the service manager, I forgot what his name was. It was right around closing time one day and he called me back within 15 minutes. He told me what was going on and that he’d keep me updated. By the end of that week he called me back saying my truck was done and it was all under warranty. The service advisors here lack the initiative to call back customers or even greet customers. I walked up to the service area and all the advisors just just stood there in the cubicles. I made eye contact with each one of them and no one asked if I needed help. This isn’t the first time I’ve had a bad experience with the service department either. More
