I had my truck towed here for a warranty issue and never got a phone call saying my truck got there. Also never got any call the next day when I was scheduled for the truck to be looked at. My truck sat in got a phone call saying my truck got there. Also never got any call the next day when I was scheduled for the truck to be looked at. My truck sat in the back parking lot for 2 weeks and I hadn’t gotten a single phone call about the status. Each time I called nobody picked up and I left multiple voicemails. I finally called the service manager, I forgot what his name was. It was right around closing time one day and he called me back within 15 minutes. He told me what was going on and that he’d keep me updated. By the end of that week he called me back saying my truck was done and it was all under warranty. The service advisors here lack the initiative to call back customers or even greet customers. I walked up to the service area and all the advisors just just stood there in the cubicles. I made eye contact with each one of them and no one asked if I needed help. This isn’t the first time I’ve had a bad experience with the service department either. More

The technical team at Phillips Chrysler Jeep is actually awesome. My vehicle was properly diagnosed and repaired. Im only giving them 3 stars because of the service department process. When I arrived on my scheduled appointment time along with many other customers, Im looking at 5 different service advisors head down in their screens and waited outside in the cold another 20-30 minutes before someone became available. Granted no one was assisting a customer upon arrival. Phillips Chrysler Jeep needs to improve their customer intake in the service department by providing a climate controlled waiting area for the customers and mainly a faster process. The men in that department are really old and move really slow. It appears to me they are not familiar with the software or they are just SLOW. They were also having a hard time finding a scanner to scan my vehicle so the advisor can see the result in his screen before he can add me in the queue. My guess is they have a great software but lack of talent. More

I got a tire rotation and they didn’t tighten the lights on my car. The tire almost fell off. I called and left a message but they didn’t respond, obviously that’s what should happen when a business has an on my car. The tire almost fell off.
