Courteous employees who go above and beyond to satisfy their customers. I had an issue with my Acura after service was complete and the staff went out of their way to accommodate my needs and arrange for their customers. I had to wait an hour and a half for my car getting a B1 service. I had the appointment scheduled, this was not a walk in. After an hour of waiting, I went up and spoke with a service technician who confi service. I had the appointment scheduled, this was not a walk in. After an hour of waiting, I went up and spoke with a service technician who confirmed that my car's service had not even started. This is the second time this has happened to me at this dealership for basic service. In my opinion, the main problem is that they have combined their Honda and Acura service and can't handle the volume. I will never take my Acura MDX to be serviced here again. More
My Acura 2019 RDX was in for an oil change and electrical check per letter notification from Acura and electrical issues I was having. My husband rec’d a phone call & email indicating my Acura SUV was finish check per letter notification from Acura and electrical issues I was having. (Email notification of appointment and vehicle completion are available) When I arrived to pick up my RDX , the oil change was not done. I had already turned in the loaner so had to wait in the waiting room for 45 minutes until the oil was changed. My appointment was confirmed for 7 a.m. that day and I dropped it off the night before. One of the service managers indicated that an “appointment” does not mean appointment, it means drop off time. This is not was the email appointment confirmation says. Someone wrote on the form that was submitted to the service department that I needed the car by 4. No one ever asked me when I needed it completed; however, the point is, I would have stayed at home with the loaner if I had not been told via phone and email that it was ready for me to pick up. I have had multiple issues with this particular service center in the past. The service manager indicated that they would not charge me on this particular day, but my credit card was already charged and could not be reversed so I was given a business card with a free oil change handwritten on the back. Quite honestly, I am extremely hesitant to return. This is our 3rd vehicle purchased at this dealer and my salesman is amazing. When I dropped the vehicle off this time and found out that the Acura’s were no longer being serviced by the Acura service department but were moved the Honda side, I was disappointed due to my past experiences. Being many miles away, I told my my college son to take his 2016 Civic to Piazza Honda in event of any issues .This was the best decision I ever made. On the second visit, Theresa M assisted me after diagnostics, by explaining what was the issues and offered options to resolve the problem . These two are indeed an asset to your dealership. Scheduling and service were good, but issues were not resolved. Reported computer does not detect any malfunctions. No service scheduled in near future.
