I didn’t like the fact that Acura side was closed for service (prob due to Covid). The Honda service area was packed. I dealt w/Christian & he was ok. I would have liked to have received a phone call during the day regarding the status of my car and their evaluation of the problem and plans of correction but when I hadn’t received a call by 4pm (my car w the day regarding the status of my car and their evaluation of the problem and plans of correction but when I hadn’t received a call by 4pm (my car was dropped off at 7am), I had to initiate a call for an update. I also would have liked a full explanation as to what was found and the services performed at the time I picked up the car. Otherwise, it was a smooth transaction and everyone was pleasant and accommodating. More

I’m extremely disappointed with the service department at Piazza. I just had an oil change completed and my car began to leak oil. We took it to another mechanic who said the plug was only finger tight. This Piazza. I just had an oil change completed and my car began to leak oil.
