The gentleman who worked with me upon my arrival was excellent. I walked in, he noticed I needed assistance and he very professionally asked me to come over. At approximately the time the service rep stated he greeted me in the wait area to inform me the work was completed and ant my convenience he will meet me at the front desk to review the completed work. At the same time he advised me that the sales department performed an estimate to purchase my car. Overall this service representative could not have been any more polite, professional and informative. More
