The moment I drove the car, I knew this was the car for me. The assistance of Chris Lund and his expertise in explaining in detail the entire car made me feel confident, and was only the beginning of many factors that solidified my decision. The manager and staff that I dealt with, couldn't have been nicer in putting me at ease, knowing I just walked away from a long association with another dealership. It wasn't carnival salesmanship. For several weeks, I was searching for all over Philadelphia for a Signature CX-5 before going up to Reading, PA. In comparison to some Mazda dealers/salesman in the Philadelphia area, Andres was i Philadelphia for a Signature CX-5 before going up to Reading, PA. In comparison to some Mazda dealers/salesman in the Philadelphia area, Andres was incredibly helpful and transparent throughout the entire buying process. The price I was given was a very good for a Signature CX-5, and there wasn't any pressure from Andres or anyone else to spend money on additional options. Since Reading was so far from me, Andres went 40 miles out of his way and delivered my new CX-5 to my driveway. Piazza Mazda of Reading is definitely one of my go-to dealers to visit for future Mazda purchases, even if they are far from Philadelphia. Their focus on the customer is appreciated, and that is something I definitely cannot say for some of the Mazda dealers I've visited during my car search in Philly. More

I purchased a certified per-owned Mazda and I was having problems with my insurance. My insurance agent was unavailable and the agency’s 800 number just went to voicemail. Piazza Mazda of Reading gave me problems with my insurance. My insurance agent was unavailable and the agency’s 800 number just went to voicemail. Piazza Mazda of Reading gave me dealer plates and let me drive home with the car. Kaitlyn graciously offered to drive to my house, which is an hour away, and finish the transaction the next day. This saved me a lot of time and headaches, while wasting most of her morning. I cannot rate these guys high enough. More
