Kelsey & Rob and another young lady whose name I never got were simply amazing. I was visiting from NY, my liner fell & was dragging. The salesperson I worked with was very knowledgeable and nice. However this was my fourth lease so the deal was done over the phone with the manager. When I got there the manager never actually spoke to me nice. However this was my fourth lease so the deal was done over the phone with the manager. When I got there the manager never actually spoke to me as he said he would and I had to wait 3 hours even though I was told everything was ready. I felt bad for my salesperson because he was working hard to deal with the only other customers in the dealership as I waited. All other salespeople and the manager just sat there watching me wait for a deal I had sealed over the phone. I was very disappointed. I love my Mazda but have to drive to Lancaster next time. More
