Customer service remains your weak link. Steve called to ask what time I wanted my car picked up - after I told a woman that I would drop it off. My appointment was for 10 a.m. but my car didn’t go into the garage until 10:18 a.m. Finally, after I arrived, I was sent a text with a video. I didn’t open it because of Steve’s error earlier. He was trying to sell me additional services I hadn’t come in for. When I asked him why the woman who made the appointment didn’t tell me about these services, he said it was because he didn’t know my mileage until I showed up. Really? I was in for inspection in February. Don’t you keep records of service on my vehicle, much the way my doctor keeps an electronic chart on me? If jut, perhaps you should start! More

Not very responsive. Sales person made various promises they then back pedaled on. Disappointed with the experience overall and would not recommend in future. I had a great experience with getting my oil and oil filter changed! The employees I encountered were very friendly and helpful! The service team also provided a video of the underside of my car and poi filter changed! The employees I encountered were very friendly and helpful!
