Good initial response to appointment inquiry, able to get an appointment that week. Did not wait long for service, service manager tried to add over $1,000 worth of “fixes” to my scheduled maintenance. When an appointment that week. Was already going over paperwork before I got to the desk, did not show where to sign, walked away as he was still talking.
