We bought a 2018 cx9 and It was supposed to be detailed for us the next day. We got a call the next day the car was ready to go, it was not near ready. Wheels were dirty with brake dust and the the interio for us the next day. We got a call the next day the car was ready to go, it was not near ready. I didn't bother to make a fuss because I was not going to leave and come back for the car the next day. Sales department did there job. Got the car moved fast. More
