It's not the dealer's fault but...I was instructed to bring my car in for a recall and told that they needed it for 4-5 hours. I dropped the car off and when I picked it up was told that the car needed t bring my car in for a recall and told that they needed it for 4-5 hours. I dropped the car off and when I picked it up was told that the car needed the recall part and that they had ordered it. And that I would need to bring it in again. What!! Why would they schedule me for a recall appointment if they did not have the needed part in stock. Ridiculous. I was told that it was Nissan's fault as they don't supply the part until the car is examined and determined to need it. regardless, no concern for the customer's convenience. More
Everyone was very understanding f my situation. heard a noise brought the car in, explained I only hear it when the car has been driven for a few hours. of course when I brought it in no one heard it.
