The service was scheduled timely but they misunderstood that I was asking them to do the work and not just give me an estimate so they needed my car for an extra. I had a schedule appointment at 9:00 a.m. My car was I had a schedule appointment at 9:00 a.m. My car was not service until about two or three hours later. I had to call about 1:00 p.m. to find out wh I had a schedule appointment at 9:00 a.m. My car was not service until about two or three hours later. I had to call about 1:00 p.m. to find out what was going on with my car in for oil change and inspection. There was other work that needed to be done after speaking with Service Agent. There need to be a timely call back to let customer know what is going on with their car since there is no waiting for service to be completed. More
